Our Buyer's agents will sit down with you and review your requirements
and needs in a property. We will search the market for the properties
that suit your needs. We will provide brochures and research other
necessary information on the properties you choose.
S E L L I N G
Once the listing paper work is signed the listing
manager takes over. Your listing is processed and entered into the
MLS System. The marketing plan you choose is implemented and the
property is made available to be seen by prospective buyers. We have
several showing and buyer's agents who will be showing the property.
When a contract comes in for the property, Daniel
Seagrave and or one of his Associates will negotiate the contract. Once in
effect, the transaction coordinator will take over and handle the
transaction through closing. Your transaction is handled
professionally every step of the way.
